Return Policy:  If your sink arrives and you find it does not fit your specifications.  Please call for a Return Authorization for up to 14 days after sink delivery.  You are responsible for both the shipping and the return shipping charges.  You will have that outgoing shipping fee deducted from your refund.  This also includes items that are billed as free shipping.

Damage Policy: If the sink arrives damaged please contact for a Return Authorization within 24hours of sink delivery.  We are responsible for return shipping costs and the shipping costs of a new item to you.

Finish Issues: The nature of a handmade copper sink lends it to change over time.  Please keep in mind that we only warranty the finish on delivery.  After delivery if you happen to leave something acidic on the sink, regular use slowly returns a sink to its dark finish.  Regular applications of wax help to prevent this situation from happening.
